Deborah has been with Fulcrum for 20 years, supporting staff and building client relationships. Her time with the company gives her a unique advantage with extensive knowledge of company processes and high standards.
Deborah helps support a vast array of custom services within the Due Diligence stage. As a crucial part of the southern region, Deborah has experience with bidding out projects with subcontractors, subcontractor selection and developing a project’s budget. In addition, she helps negotiate contracts with general contractors and ensures proper coordination with the design team. Within the Construction stage, Deborah assists in Lender rep services, Owner’s rep services, Progress observations, Draw and Pay application review, Cost to Complete, change order review and construction contract review. Her versatile experience creates a successful project environment. Additionally, Deborah helps support multiple functions within the post-construction/operations stage.
