Vice President, Litigation Damages
As a Vice President with VERTEX Litigation Support, Mr. Bradshaw’s responsibilities include: analysis of construction methods and alleged defects at commercial and residential properties; analysis of damages and cost to repair; identification of parties responsible for damages; allocation of damages; development of cost of repair estimates; procurement of exhibits for mediation, deposition, and trial; preparation for deposition and trial; and general litigation assistance.
Mr. Bradshaw’s experience includes assistance in preparing over one hundred fifty construction defect, insurance, and delay claims. He has also assisted VERTEX’s restoration team with repairs at several post-litigation projects. His skill set includes cost estimating, fault allocation, liability, and standard of care analysis for a general contractor.
