Mr. Fackler has over ten-years of professional experience in the construction industry focusing on project management, field inspections, conducting forensic delay analysis, developing cost estimates for new construction and repair/mitigation work, and preparing presentations and reports for construction disputes in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Fackler’s construction management experience encompasses major bridge rehabilitation projects in the New York City area as well as underground utility work across New Jersey.
Areas of Expertise
Mr. Fackler’s construction consulting experience include conducting Integrity Monitorships on large public transportation agency construction projects in New York City, leading structural inspections of new light rail stations in the Washington DC metro areas, conducting damage assessments due to adjacent construction, and pre-construction inspections. Mr. Fackler also has extensive experience conducting forensic delay analysis on the construction of residential and commercial high-rises, medical facilities, bridge construction, rail car assembly, rail facility refurbishment, and power plant construction. Mr. Fackler has developed construction cost estimates for a wide variety of repair and mitigation work.
Dr. Fackler’s construction management experience encompasses major bridge rehabilitation projects in the New York City area as well as underground utility work across New Jersey. He has supervised a wide range of construction activities including steel erection, concrete work, bridge bearing replacement, sand blasting and painting, lead and asbestos abatement, electrical component replacement, mechanical systems replacement, plastic and steel natural gas main installation, gas service replacement, and emergency sewer and water main repairs.
