VERTEX performed Owner’s Project Management Services for the construction of Indigo hotel overlooking the historic Trinity Church in Downtown Manhattan, New York. The project is a 30‐story, 85,000 SF, 180‐room hotel on an approximately 3,400 SF site. The project also included the installation of infrastructure for an adjacent subway station.
VERTEX was responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of the project, including oversight of the construction manager, design team, purchasing agents, FF&E vendors, expeditors, and city and state agencies. VERTEX’s tasks include review of contract documents, review and analysis of contractor bids, on‐site supervision, coordination to resolve issues, budget control/monitoring, change order review, review of contractor payment applications, and project document control.
