VERTEX conducted a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) with an enhanced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) survey, at a multi-family residential complex in Orlando, Florida. The site included 22, two-story residential buildings and 272 units. Additional amenities on-site included a single-story Leasing Office/Clubhouse, a single-story Maintenance Shop, two outdoor in-ground swimming pools, and multiple recreational features. VERTEX helped the Client gain a clear understanding of the overall property condition emphasizing ways to improve HVAC system efficiency and limit ongoing maintenance requirements for this 34-year old property.
