Currently a Senior Consultant on VERTEX’s Project Advisory – Financial Services (FS) team, Allen specializes in overseeing construction and rehabilitation projects, developing strategic policies, and providing guidance to enhance team performance.

Allen’s career includes leading multi-million-dollar residential and commercial projects for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, managing procurement and construction performance for Broward County School Board projects at AECOM, and driving successful real estate-owned (REO) initiatives at Bank Home Realty, Inc., where he mitigated over $1.2 million in code violations. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction, Allen excels in vendor management, multi-site operations, and fostering collaboration. His ability to manage multifaceted projects with precision and efficiency makes him an invaluable asset to VERTEX’s Project Advisory team.
