Scott Nathan is an Executive Vice President for VERTEX. He has more than 28 years of experience in environmental, industrial hygiene, and engineering consulting services. He has spent a significant amount of time as a technical and operational manager for projects involving hazardous materials management, industrial hygiene, health and safety, environmental remediation, property condition assessment and real estate transactional support including acquisitions, financing, foreclosures, as well as renovations, development and asset management. Much of his work experience is with real estate portfolios with multi-faceted requirements such as client-specific timelines and standards. Mr. Nathan has achieved the Certified Real Estate Executive (CRX) and Development; Design & Construction Professional (CDP) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
