Course Description: The purpose of this program is to explain how to mitigate delays on distressed late projects. First, the VERTEX team will start assessing the status of the project by going through the nuances of the initial assessment. Then, the presenters will review how we begin to develop a plan on how to complete the project. The presenters will also discuss ways a project can compress or accelerate to its completion. Finally, Andy and Kevin will walk through a case study putting all of the steps together on a distressed Hotel Project in Miami, Florida.
