OUR DEI JOURNEY

In 2020, we recognized that the architectural, engineering/environmental and construction industry (AEC) lacked racial and gender diversity. We knew we had to take some proactive steps, so we assembled a team of employees passionate about shaping a more inclusive future to collaboratively help us identify strategies to embed diversity and inclusion within our corporate culture.

We recognize that we are far from reaching our aspirational commitment. But we are committed to making changes day by day to make a difference both inside and outside VERTEX.
