Peter is a seasoned construction professional with over 40 years of experience in managing projects onsite for both contractors and owners. For the first 20 years, he successfully assisted and managed municipal, private, and public projects for contractors. For the past 20+ years, he has successfully provided both pre-construction, construction administration, and documentation for owners and municipalities. The projects have included housing, retail, historical renovations, school additions, and schools, including demolition both before and after the new schools. Peter has worked with all types of owners as the projects have either been Federal, State, City/Town, or privately funded.
