Sean E. DinneenLSP

Division Manager, Remediation

Mr. Dinneen has over 20 years of progressive experience in the environmental industry and has a broad range of technical and management expertise in the Environmental Sciences and Remedial Management. Mr. Dinneen has significant experience in the management of environmental site assessment and subsurface investigations for real estate transactions; Brownfield remediation and re-development; and management and closure of State and Federal Regulated sites.

Currently, Mr. Dinneen serves as a Division Manager within the Remediation Division of VERTEX. His responsibilities include: the management of site assessments, subsurface investigations, remedial design; human health risk characterizations; the development and negotiation of remedial strategies for State and Federal sites and large-scale management of remedial projects.

Specific project tasks include the overall management of state regulated sites; direction of property assessments, subsurface investigations, design and management of remedial activities and preparation of technical reports and regulatory submittals.

Project responsibilities include client and regulatory contact associated with environmental activities conducted at the subject sites; proposal writing; budgeting; client communication; project coordination; project oversight of personnel and contractors; and invoice review.
