Senior Project Manager

Mr. Eichenlaub has over a decade of experience in the due diligence practice. To date, he has been involved with over 1,400 properties totaling over 250 million square feet in over 45 US states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, China and Canada. Currently, Mr. Eichenlaub serves as a Senior Project Manager at VERTEX.

As a Senior Project Manager at VERTEX, Mr. Eichenlaub is responsible for specific job functions related to Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Property Condition Screens (PCSs), Energy Savings Investigations (ESIs), Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Assessments, Climate Vulnerability Assessments (CVAs), Carbon Risk Assessments, Mold Investigations, Construction Monitoring and other due diligence projects. Responsibilities include: performing peer reviews of various due diligence reports, providing mentorship and training, managing client relations, planning and managing large portfolios, conduct site assessments, field investigation activities, assessments of ADA compliance, professional and technical report writing and composition, municipality research, cost estimation, capital reserve planning, and data analysis. Mr. Eichenlaub has worked with all types of properties including residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
