Mr. Downs has over 30 years in the construction industry and has worked on many facets of the building trades. His technical expertise includes exterior and interior framing systems, exterior and interior finishes, specialty finishes, shoring and scaffolding systems. This, combined with Mr. Down’s experience in project management and estimating of commercial construction, gives him the insight to identify and resolve building envelope issues in a timely and cost effective way.
