Laurie CabralEIT

Project Manager, Owner's Project Management

Ms. Cabral is a Project Manager and Project Accountant with VERTEX. She earned her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami and her Engineer in Training certification.
Ms. Cabral has over 20 years of experience in civil site design, land development, construction management, and environmental site investigations. Ms. Cabral has worked on a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial development and permitting projects including a 9-year residential development project. While at VERTEX, Ms. Cabral has worked as an Owner’s Project Manager for several local municipalities on public procurement projects, has performed civil-site constructability reviews, and has acted as an on site representative during the construction. Prior to joining VERTEX, Ms. Cabral worked in civil-site design and land development and was involved with local and state permitting for projects including preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIR), Conservation Commission filings (RDAs and NOIs), and research for Chapter 91 filings for flowed and filled tidelands.
