Mr. Culver has 44 years of experience, including an extensive background in the design, construction, and inspection of bridges, buildings, bulkheads and seawalls, and other structures. He has designed and provided project management for new and rehabilitated highway structures (e.g. concrete and steel bridges, retaining walls, noise barriers, sign structures and culverts), and has applied his knowledge in the preparation of specifications, estimates, shop drawing review, construction consultation for projects throughout the northeast.
Mr. Culver is also involved in the design and repair of buildings, substation towers, transmission towers, monopoles and waterfront structures such as bulkheads, boat ramps and dams, and has a record of providing solid solutions for assignments of various sizes and unique aspects.
