Kendra Kerr supports the National Account Management Program for real estate and financial clients and prospects. Her roles include the support and management of select national account client projects to ensure consistent approach and efficiency including project set-up, project communications, project invoicing/collections, and ensuring project records are complete.
Ms. Kerr reviews and maintains accurate Client Relationship Management (CRM) records for real estate clients. She supports the Environmental Vice Presidents and several Account Managers with monitoring sales and business development initiatives to maintain consistent revenue with existing clients as well as expand opportunities with new and existing clients. Ms. Kerr has a pivotal role in introducing the new CRM features (i.e. training and reporting) to the Environmental vertical to help further support the adoption of the internal Account Management program.
Ms. Kerr started working at VERTEX in November of 2014 as an administrator for the Environmental Due Diligence team. She supported that team with proposals, project establishment, and various administrative tasks needed by senior-level staff. Ms. Kerr is currently still an administrative resource to the Chicago, Illinois office.
