The VERTEX team offers property condition assessment services that play a crucial role in insurance risk evaluation, use-conversion, capital planning, and point-of-sale evaluation. We base our evaluations on ASTM’s Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process (E2018) and estimate renovation costs based on the current market rates. This enables our clients to project accurate budget figures when assessing property values.
