Mr. Bednarz is a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has extensive knowledge related to due diligence and feasibility studies, building and accessibility code review, architectural design, construction documents, engineering consultant coordination, project budget and scheduling, and construction administration. Projects have ranged from tenant improvements to new construction. He has provided architectural/project management services for national developers and tenants on a wide range of projects nationwide, including office, retail, restaurant and mixed-use multi family. Mr. Bednarz currently serves as Project Manager/Property Condition Assessor at VERTEX.
As Project Manager at VERTEX, Mr. Bednarz’s responsibilities include building/site assessment, municipal research, review of existing documents related to the condition of the property, technical report writing, capital reserve planning, and coordination of external contractors.
