Mr. Hopkins has been in the field of construction operations and preconstruction for 19 years. He started in the field as a carpentry laborer and over the course of his field career worked several trades including demolition, remediation, carpentry, waterproofing, plumbing, etc. in varying levels from apprentice to supervisory roles. His operations and preconstruction experience started with assistant estimating in the restoration space and worked into the functions of project management. These skills grew into the roles of Chief Estimator in the reconstruction space, follow by operations management as a VP of Operations, and organizational management as Cheif Executive Officer.

Mr. Hopkins has been a tradesman, preconstruction professional, project manager, and executive on a broad range of projects from small single family residential projects valued at under $10,000 to large institutional projects valuing in the millions. Working with clients types such as homeowners, homeowners associations, multifamily ownership groups, REITs, commercial property owners, and local, state, and federal agencies.

He is active in the American Society of Professional Estimators on both the chapter and national levels, striving to foster continued growth in the fields of preconstruction and operations. Mr. Hopkins is passionate about construction education and awareness for the current and next generations of construction professionals.
