Glenn Maxeiner is a Division Manager in the Remediation Group at VERTEX. He has over 20 years of experience with environmental and construction-related services which includes managing Remediation Projects, large portfolio Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and Phase II Subsurface Investigations for various clients including lending institutions, large corporations, and private clients on sites including industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, railroad, retail and residential properties throughout the United States. His Phase II field experience includes soil boring and monitoring well installation oversight and associated sampling utilizing direct push, hollow-stem auger and rotosonic technologies, low-flow groundwater sampling, remediation system maintenance, and sub-slab vapor sampling. Mr. Maxeiner is also responsible for the management and mentoring of VERTEX’s Chicago Environmental office staff.
